Order in Person
You can order goods directly at our HQ at B-0-5 Megan Avenue 1, 189 Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur or in FM Kiosk at Lot F21, First Floor, 2 Jalan Tengku Ambuan Zabedah E9/E, Section 9, Shah Alam.

We accept orders from 10.00am to 6:45pm in our HQ and from 10am to 10pm in FM Kiosk at Plaza Shah Alam. Orders are processed immediately.

Order by phone
You can order products by phone by calling our office at 03 2181 2014 & 2015. Our Customer Service will guide you to place your order. Please have your FM ID ready!

Order by fax 
You can order by faxing us to 03 2181 2016. Please follow below format when placing your order by fax:

Payment by Cash or by Credit / Debit card
Payments can be done in person at our distributor centres by cash or by cards. We accept most debit and credit cards.

Payment by Bank Transfer
You can pay by bank transfer to our Maybank account
Transfer the correct amount to:

 When making payment by bank transfer, please note our policy:
- if we receive your transfer by 3 pm, the order will be processed on the same day
- if we receive your transfer after 3 pm, the order will be processed on the next working day.

Send to Your address
You can request that your order is sent to your own personal address or another specific address. The fees differ depending on the destination and weight. 

Pick up at the Office
You can order goods through any of the above order methods and request to have your order ready at any of our distributor centres. Please check our location on the Contact page of this website.
